Superfood Pancakes Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon superfood blend powder (containing ingredients like spirulina, chlorella, wheatgrass, and more)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • A handful of fresh blueberries

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, superfood blend powder, honey or maple syrup, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  2. Add almond milk and egg, whisk until well combined.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour pancake batter to form pancakes.
  4. Cook until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  5. Serve with fresh blueberries on top.
