Superfood Overnight Oats Recipe

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon superfood blend powder
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • Fresh berries for topping
  • A sprinkle of crushed nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a jar or container, combine rolled oats and superfood blend powder.
  2. Add Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey or maple syrup. Mix well.
  3. Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, give it a good stir and top with fresh berries and crushed nuts.
