Gut-Nourishing Oatmeal Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup sliced banana
  • 1/4 cup chopped kiwi
  • A handful of chopped walnuts

INSTRUCTIONS:
