6 Natural Supplements and Vitamins That Can Help Improve Hormonal Balance in Women

You wouldn’t be wrong to have thought a hormone imbalance was a preoccupation for later in life. But in recent times, there’s been an uptick in interest as we all become more concerned with the inner workings of our bodies and how natural supplements help balance hormones.

I first became curious about natural supplements to balance hormones following a diagnosis of adenomyosis. After a prolonged period of heavy bleeding and painful abdominal pain, I was told that endometrial tissue was growing abnormally in the muscle wall of my uterus.
